M.Sc. 2010 with Tomas Hrbek and Albertina Lima
For her Masters thesis, Daniela did a multi-gene phylogeographic analysis of the Rinella margaritifer species complex. In her study she also addressed the evolution of specific morphological and behavioral characters. Daniela obtained her M.Sc. from the joint INPA/UFAM Genetics, Conservation and Evolutionary Biology program, and was advised by Tomas Hrbek and co-advised by Albertina Lima of INPA. Daniela subsequently lectured at Universidade Nilton Lins and at Suricutico in Minas Gerias.
